StarCompliance, a leading global software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of employee compliance technology solutions, has announced its acquisition of ETHIX360, a US-based provider of risk and compliance management solutions. The acquisition expands StarCompliance's product suite, offering comprehensive compliance solutions for employee conflicts of interest and conduct.

ETHIX360's cloud-based, SaaS solutions cater to over four million workers in 80 countries across various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, energy, retail, hospitality, public sector, and education. Their offerings encompass case management, policy management, compliance training, and whistleblower capabilities, making them a valuable addition to StarCompliance's portfolio.

Jennifer Sun, CEO of StarCompliance, highlights the growing convergence of Compliance and Human Resources departments concerning employee compliance. By combining Star's employee conflict of interest solutions with ETHIX360's employee conduct products, the acquisition aims to create an integrated platform offering a holistic view of employee compliance activity. The newly added Employee Incident & Policy Management solution expands StarCompliance's future-ready employee compliance platform with enhanced capabilities, including:

  1. Case Management Platform: A comprehensive system for reporting employee concerns, managing investigations, and resolving incidents.
  2. Policy Management Solution: Simplifying the creation, maintenance, and management of policies.
  3. Ethics and Compliance Training: A portfolio of proprietary and third-party ethics and compliance training content.
  4. Call Centers: Fully compliant live and digital call centers for phone and web incident intake across multiple countries and languages.
