FINRA Correspondence with Next Bridge Hydrocarbons

Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. sent a letter to FINRA on July 26, 2023 notifying the company of its intention to publicly announce its application for listing on FINRA’s regulated market. In response, FINRA sent a letter acknowledging that they received Next Bridge Hydrocarbons’ application and thanking the company for its commitment to transparency and open communication. FINRA also informed Next Bridge Hydrocarbons that it will review the application and provide feedback as needed. The last letter from FINRA to Next Bridge Hydrocarbons included additional guidance for submission, instructions for proper disclosure, and a timeline for progress.
